How do you maintain your rigid daily routine when traveling internationally?

I am highly disciplined and relatively inflexible with my routine. Even after landing in London after a long flight, I immediately go for a run and adjust to the local time zone. Keeping my exercise, sleep, and morning calls consistent is what keeps me energized and productive.
