Traditional startup playbooks advise founders to solve a tiny, isolated pain point before expanding. Modern artificial intelligence platforms break that assumption because enterprise buyers desire cohesive platforms that consolidate fragmented stacks rather than another point solution. The communication challenge spans support, outbound sales, and marketing. Building a comprehensive, intuitive super-app that consolidates disparate vendors provides far greater enterprise utility.
